The 18-year-old badminton player, from Derby and a Landau Forte College student, made her National Badminton League debut for Team Derby and has attended England Performance Training and is on the Derbyshire Institute of Sport programme.
Tiara says: "Currently, I train six times a week. This involves me attending the England Performance Training held at The University of Derby and training with the Emerging Squad at the Derbyshire Performance Centre.
"I am also supported by the Derbyshire Institute of Sport who facilitate my strength and conditioning.
"My season goal is to be on the podium at each competition that I attend, which I have achieved at every event I have played so far, since the season began in September 2015.
"My most recent win was in the Women's Doubles at the Solihull and Shirley Senior Silver event.
"I will remain a member of Team Derby in the National Badminton League (NBL) after making my debut in the finals, which Team Derby went on to win. Within the league, I will aspire to become a regularly playing member in the team."
