The 18-year-old cyclist, from Hayfield, won the Cyclo-Cross National Championships in January 2015 and is a member of British Cycling's Olympic Development Programme.
Thomas says: "I specifically compete in the cycling disciplines of Cross-Country MTB and Cyclo-Cross.
"I am currently training for the 2016 MTB Season, as well as starting to do come Cyclo-Cross races at the moment, which I really enjoy doing through the winter.
"I am aiming to win either a National Points Series or National Championships in the 2016 season and maybe get selected to ride for the GB Cycling Team at an international race again.
"My long-term goals are to be selected to ride in the Tokyo 2020 Olympic games and to win a medal in a major championships, such as World Championships or Olympic Games, in the future.
