Individuals

8 years - Run 600m, Bike 1Km, Run 600m
9-10 Years - Run 1200m, Bike 2Km, Run 600m
11-12 Years - Run 1800m, Bike 4Km, Run 1200m
13-14 Years - Run 2400m, Bike 6Km, Run 1800m
15-16 Years - Run 3000m, Bike 8Km, Run 2400m

Team Relay Race

8-11 Years - Run 1200m, Bike 2Km, Run 600m
12-16 Years - Run 2400m, Bike 6Km, Run 1800m

Race Day Format (approx)
8:30-9:30am - Registration
10:00am - Start - Individual 8yrs
11:30am - Relay Teams
12-1pm - Presentation

Categories / Cost
Individuals:- 8 years, 9-10 years, 11-12 years, 13-14 years, Youth (15-16 years) = £10
Team Relay (3 people with one completing each discipline):- Race as a school or sports team in either 8-11yrs or 12-16years = £15

Confirmation of entry No confirmation of entry will be sent, cashing of your cheque will be confirmation. No race details will be sent out unless a self-addressed A4 envelope is sent with your entry. Race details will be available approx 7 days prior to the event.
