October Results - Derby Schools Tournament

Derby Schools Table Tennis tournament held at Littleover Community School on Saturday 16th October.

The numbers rose to 55 this time with boys and girls entering from Grantham. Malcolm Hearn (High View) took over the running of the event for the day . Malcolm is not a novice since he was was one of the first organisers for the Derby 4* tournament.

Luke and Abbie Milwain were in the medals again. Abbie beat Christina Roome at Under 11 Girls. In the Under 11 mixed event she lost the first 2 games but went on to take the next 3 against Calum Kinsella. Luke took both Under 16 and 19 medals. It was close at U19 and where Luke got the decision on countback of games won/lost.
