Anyone can play football
There are 7 national impairment specific squads:
cerebral palsy, learning disability, blind, hearing impaired, amputee, Many developments are being made in disability football nationally, regionally and locally.
These developments are being led by the FA in partnership with other organisations.
In addition to the national squads, there are regional competitions.
These are currently being played at a pan-disability level with the exception of wheelchair and blind football.
Footballing opportunities in Derbyshire for disabled people of all ages will be developing in 2006.
There will be developments in recreational and competitive playing opportunities.
