Description of facilities
This community leisure centre is approximately 20 miles from Manchester and was built in 1979 to house a sports hall, bar lounge, 4 squash courts and a small weights facility.
In a major refurbishment, one of the squash courts has since been converted to a state of the art fitness suite on the lower floor and an aerobics studio on the upper floor.
A climbing wall was built in 1990 which attracts visitors and climbers from all over the country.
