Chesterfield Sports Club Questionnaire 2007

The Chesterfield Borough Council Sports Development Unit is collating information via the 'Sports Club Questionnaire 2007' to update the Sports Club Database. The database provides the borough with a comprehensive list of all the Sports Clubs within Chesterfield.

The completion of the questionnaire will provide the following benefits to Clubs: -

• The chance to publicise your Sports Club/ Group free of charge, to all residents in the district.

• An opportunity to receive information from Derbyshire Sport and Chesterfield Sports Development on issues such as coach education, funding, and countywide initiatives.

• Opportunities to attend Focus Groups and the Chesterfield Sports Club Forum.

• Club details will be added to the Derbyshire Sport Website (www.deryshiresport.co.uk) to promote your club countywide.
