Better Facilities Capital Grant Scheme
What is it?
Bolsover District Council has established a fund to support the development of, new and improvement to existing, neighbourhood sports facilities. The aim is to provide more and better local places for people to play sport. We are looking for non profit organsations to apply for the fund who are currently involved with Parish Councils, Community Groups with a sports focus, Village Halls/Playing Field Committees and Miners Welfares for example.
Attached is the Sports Fund application form, download this form, fill it in and send it back to the address on the form.
There is £30,000 available by Bolsover District Council until the end of March 2008, each application can apply for up to £6,000
Gifted and Talented Grant Scheme
What is it?
Bolosver Sport has established a fund to support local gifted and talented athletes from across Bolsover district area. The aim of this scheme is to improve the levels of performance in sport by enabling the most gifted and talented reach their full potential. £5,000 has been made available of which a maximum of £500 can be applied for.

Club Start & Grow Small Grant Scheme
What is it?
This fund aims to target the development of new and existing sports clubs and groups within the Bolsover district area. We are wanting to increase participation in sport by helping our sports clubs become stronger. Applicants must be from non profit organisations and can apply for up to £500.
