  • Workplace Challenge - support your colleagues to get active and log their physical activity hours. Mini-challenges happen throughout the year and a workshop is available on becoming a 'Workplace Champion'.
  • Volunteer centres - voluntary services promote local opportunities as well as offering support and advice to community groups.
