Data collection

As part of the Competition Manager programme, we are collecting participant data on all inter-school competitions that take place within Derby and Derbyshire.

This information collected enables us to report back to the Youth Sport Trust on the progress of the work in Derbyshire. It also enables us to collate and provide reports for School Sport Partnerships or even individual schools.

In order to simplify the reporting process, we have developed an online data entry system. Data is collected on the form provided and then entered onto the website. Guidance notes have been provided to ensure that collection and entry of data can easily be undertaken.

Once submitted the data is stored electronically and can be used to provide required reports.
