"My overriding goal for this season is to win the 100m breaststroke at the British Championships to gain qualification for the World Champs in the summer. This season I hope to break the British record on the 50m breaststroke after I just missed the British record by 0.06 in May.
"I have recently represented Great Britain at the third cluster of the World Cups in Singapore, Tokyo and Hong Kong as part of a three person team alongside two Olympians.
"It's always such an honour to represent Great Britain, I really enjoyed this competition as it's a great experience racing against swimmers from all over the world in new and challenging environments.
"I made finals in the 50m breaststroke and finished fifth in Singapore and Hong Kong, which I was very happy with considering you're competing against the best in the world."
