Players and aspiring coaches invited to join Back 2 Netball sessions

Players and aspiring coaches are being invited to join Back 2 Netball sessions which are being held at Tibshelf Community School every Monday evening.

Volunteers are being sought to help support the sessions, acting as either an umpire or an assistant coach.

Volunteers may also be eligible for help from Bolsover District Council Sports Development through the Recruit into Coaching Programme, which aims to develop and increase the number of adult volunteers in sport.

Bolsover District Council Sports Development is interested in hearing from anyone living within the Bolsover District (aged16+) who is interested in becoming a volunteer. As an incentive, people who complete at least 30 hours of volunteering can receive up to £150 to complete a National Governing Body of Sport coaching qualification, such as netball.

New players are also welcome to attend. Sessions for ladies (16+) are held at Tibshelf Community School every Monday from 7 to 8pm and cost £2 per session.
