Stage set for County Primary Schools Basketball Finals

Teams which have won through local SSP rounds to take part include those from Duffield Meadows Primary School, Christ the King School, St John Fisher Primary School, Shelton Junior School, Osmaston Primary School, Mapperley Primary School, Harpur Hill Primary School, Pilsley Primary School and Pennine Way Junior School.

The first tip off will be at 1.30pm, with the competition initially run in a league format before moving to a knockout phase.

All the teams will be made up of both girls and boys, and pupils from years 4 to 6 are eligible to compete. 

All competitors are also being given free tickets to a Derby Trailblazers national league home match to congratulate them on making it to the final.
