Derbyshire County Council’s Aiming High programme has provided funding to purchase kit and equipment, and a ten-week trial period is due to begin on Tuesday 20 April.
The disability football sessions will be free of charge and open to young people aged between eight and 16.
Sessions will be held at Wirksworth Leisure Centre every Tuesday from 6.30 to 7.30pm.

Sessions are designed to cater for the individual needs of each participant.
Parents and guardians are also welcome to stay and watch the sessions from the viewing gallery of the Sports Hall.
