Squash player Ashley scoops three county titles

Ashley Davies won three County Titles on Sunday for the second year running.

He successfully defended his under 15 and 17 County Titles and added to those, his first under 19 County Title.

Ashley beat Adam Turner from Abbeydale 3-0 to take the under 15 title, and then played consecutive finals against Brampton Manors’ Jonathan Lovegrove, to take the under 17 and under 19 titles. Both matches were hard fought affairs between the two Derbyshire, County and Brampton Manor team mates both eventually decided in the fifth game, 3-2 in Ashley's favour.
