Could you be in a BBC Children's programme

The BBC is developing a children's drama series telling the story of a fictional junior wheelchair basketball team. Before they begin to write scripts, they would like to meet players between the ages of 12 and 20 with an interest in acting so that they can begin to create the best possible stories and characters. The skills on court of the players is not that important. If you have any interest in possibly acting in this production, then they would like to invite you to attend an initial workshop/audition. You do not need experience, just enthusiasm and a willingness to throw yourself into the day.The event is being held on Sunday 14th December at Hemel Hempstead Sports Centre from 12.00 to 3.00 p.m. and lunch will be provided. They will be holding various acting exercises, and other activities, so everyone who attends can expect to have a fun and valuable experience regardless of how far they progress in the process. If you are interested in attending, or have any questions please contact:-Charlie Bethel (National Wheelchair Basketball Association Manager) - 07748 668395 or e-mail: c.bethel@gbwba.org.uk
