Condition Management Programme - Networking Event
Find out more about the Condition Management Programme in Derbyshire by attending a Networking Event on Tuesday 11th October 2005 10.00am - 4.00pm.
This event is aimed at highlighting the role of the Condition Management Programme in helping people return to work by improving and managing health conditions, what the programme does and how it can be developed.
