Frederick Gent Community Sport and Leisure

The school’s new sport and leisure facilities are available to the communities of South Normanton and Pinxton out of school hours.

More than 50 hours of community use is now available each week and residents and local clubs and groups are encouraged to make full use of the ‘state of the art’ facilities built with over £1.5 million from the Lottery.

The school boasts a four badminton court sized sports hall were a wide range of sport and recreational activity can take place, a dance/aerobics studio, meeting room and interactive training facility, tennis courts and a floodlit all weather pitch (great for five-a-side and hockey).
