The recurve archer from Sawley, a member of the Pastures Company of Archers, Mickleover, was part of the England team to win the Euronations competition after a first and two second places shooting in qualifying competitions.
Lisa says: "During the outdoor season (April to September) I train five days a week, 100 arrows a day, and usually shoot in competitions one or both days at the weekend.
"During the indoor season (October to March), half of the effort goes into improving fitness and core strength for the next outdoor season, the other half goes on improving my technique and I work with the coach to embed improvements to my shooting ready for the outdoor season.
As for my goals and ambitions, the first field shoot is at the end of March which starts the outdoors season, with events from West Scotland to South Wales. I am aiming to obtain scores again to shoot for Great Britain in Ireland in September.
"Within target archery, I will be attending shoots every other weekend. My main aim is get to the selection shot for Rio.
"Last year I made it through to the National Series final and finished in fifth place, so this coming year I want to go a step further, go through to the final round, and make it to the top three.
"After this year's shooting I ranked sixth in the UK, so I am aiming for the top three next year."
