Sporting Futures - Community Sports Coach
Sporting Futures aims to use sport to reduce anti social behaviour, crime and drug use amongst 8-16 year olds. We offer community coaching sessions, 1-2-1 mentoring and educational packages through sport. We work throughout the county and currently have the following vacancies:
COMMUNITY SPORTS COACH – COTMANHAY/ KIRK HALLAM 12HRS PER WEEK DAYS, EVENING, WEEKENDS AND SCHOOL HOLIDAYS £14983 - £16031 pro rata
This post is currently funded for 1 year
The post holder must be qualified to NGB level 1, preferably level 2 and be able to work directly with young people aged 8-16 years. They will ensure that an appropriate and varied sport and leisure programme is delivered to young people in the area. Experience of working in sport and with young people through detached work would be desirable. The successful applicant will be expected to work unsocial hours including evenings, weekends and school holidays.
