Assistant Partnership Development Manager – Temporary until July 2011
Part time 22.5 hours (split over 3 / 4 days)
Point 29 £23,749 pro rota (£14,249)
Kirkby College is looking for a person with a minimum of 2 years experience managing multiple projects within a sport development setting. This should include a proven track record of planning, delivering and measuring impact of projects aimed at increasing participation in sport and physical activity for young people.
Applicants must have a real commitment to both curricular and out of hours learning and possess knowledge of the PESSYP strategy and it’s implications for Ashfield District School Sports Partnership. Knowledge of National Curriculum PE (key Stages 1-5) will be an advantage. You will have exceptional organisation and administration skills and the ability to communicate effectively with young people and adults.
As a part time Assistant PDM for Ashfield District School Sports Partnership, you will be responsible for the delivery of projects including Big Lottery funded Out of School Hours Clubs, Sport Unlimited, Multi Skills Clubs and Academy’s and the School Sports Partnership Coaching Programme, including on going monitoring and evaluation of all activities. You will also support the partnership on a day to day basis through liaison with partners, marketing and promotion of the partnership and collation and analysis of data.
