Job Description

Derventio eXcel the County of Derbyshire’s Performance Swimming Programme is looking for a suitably qualified Head Coach to lead the programme. We are looking for expressions of interest from an experienced coach qualified to ASA UKCC Level 3 or equivalent for this outstanding opportunity.

Derventio eXcel represents Derbyshire’s performance pathway with support from its key partners in Derbyshire ASA, Derbyshire Sport, the ASA East Midlands, British Swimming and East Midlands Sport England Club and Coach.

The programme requires a highly motivated, creative and ambitious individual to with experience of coaching to an international level. Along with the ability to lead the current coaching team and to build on our impressive track record of success at regional, national and international levels.

To fulfil the role you must be an excellent communicator with ability to develop strategic relationships and to work closely with our partners and management committee to maximise the performance of swimmers throughout the programme
