This fund is similar to Big Lottery's Awards for All programme, however funding available is for projects over £10,000. Funding is available for all areas up to £50,000 if the total capital costs do not exceed £200,000. Some areas, depending on where they are situated may apply for grants of between £100,000 and £500,000 for building projects. Grants of over £100,000 for buildings are only available for sites based on the most deprived ‘Lower Super Output Areas’ in England. There is a postcode checker on the website for groups to be able to check eligibility. Total project costs for grants between £100,000 and £500,000 must not exceed £750,000.

Please note that this fund is to support projects that improve or replace existing buildings where a wide range of community activities take place.
