The 18-year-old equestrian rider, a member of Dunston Park Equestrian Club, Chesterfield, is a regular member of the Great Britain junior squad, representing her country at international competitions at Hickstead and Addington.
Emily says: "I have recently moved to the area with my horse Cadalma, while I am studying at Sheffield Hallam University.
"I have been training with local Derbyshire dressage trainer Sonia Baines for three years and now my horse is kept at her yard it enables me to ride under her watch full eye most days as well as continuing with my one to one training sessions with her twice a week.
"Cadalma is a relatively inexperienced horse compared to my international horse, O'Donner, but she has great presence and athleticism and we have very high hopes that she too will be competing at International level before too long - I am aiming to compete at PSG level by Summer 2016.
"Our long term aims are to compete at Under-21 and train towards Grand Prix under-25s.
"I am also a freelance coach and am in the process of taking my UKCC Level 2 qualification. I really enjoy my teaching, as well as my own riding, helping others progress in the sport is something I'm really passionate about, whether there aim is internationals or doing their first dressage competition."
