A new action plan for the group is currently being drafted. The CSN has recently been successful in obtaining Choosing Health funding from NHS Derbyshire, to work with local sports clubs, to set up a number of Return to Sport opportunities in the district.

The Swin4Fitness project, which the CSN developed as part of a Sport England lottery funded project, has now been incorporated by its host, DC Leisure, into its award-winning Swin 4 Health project, at William Gregg VC  Leisure Centre at Heanor.
