Improving Reach Programme
Who is the funding for:
- This funding is for bids from Local Infrastructure Organisations(LIO's) providing support services to frontline groups in communities. Note: This is not for Sport Clubs, CSNs etc as these are the frontline groups; it is for those groups one step back from this who work to support the sports clubs e.g. BME groups, Local community council's, VCS orgs

Priority will be given to organisations developed by and working with: black and ethnic-minority communities, refugee and migrant communities, faith groups, isolated rural communities.
- The Improving Reach programme aims to make specialised support services in the third sector, and the relatively small organisations that deliver them, more effective.
- Support services include: *developing skills through training and development; *advice and support in developing strategies for bringing in more income; *help with business planning and putting those plans in place; and *networks to support organisations campaign and represent people effectively.
Bids will need to contribute to one or two of these outcomes:
