The 44-year-old, from Elmton, holder of the title of Disabled Shooter of the Year, won a Paralympic test event in Olympic Trap and has since won a gold medal at the IPC Grand Prix in Italy.
Andy says: "My competitive shooting season ended in September when we went to Italy and I won the Gold medal in the fifth International Para Clay Target Grand Prix(World Championship).
"I will now be in training both physically at the leisure centre and on the shooting range in preparation for next year's competitions.
"I am hoping to represent GB in the Para team and England in the able bodied again as well as my ambition of putting myself in a position to be selected for the Commonwealth Games and then the 2020 Olympics and Paralympic Games.
"Funding is a big problem with shooting so I'm hoping to find some sponsorship which will enable me to pursue and achieve my goals."
